Optimum Performance Comfort Service Agreement
Absolute Zero, Inc. provides both A/C Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for your A/C. Our fee schedule varies according to the level of service and equipment covered by our Service Agreement. Your personal and detailed fee schedule is part of every Service Agreement constructed.

A/C Preventative Maintenance
Maintenance inspections are scheduled at appropriate intervals. Specific checklists are provided for each unit and presented to the customer upon completion of each preventative maintenance service visit.
